I have my personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Lean Body & Hypertrophy Fundamentals Coach Certifications from Darby Training Institute. Competing in 3 body building competitions gaining experience in weightlifting, nutrition, and supplementation.

- 8 virtual training sessions via zoom where corrections, modifications, progressions and or regressions are given to your custom program while coaching you through the workout (ex: you will do 2 sessions on your own each week and 2 via zoom with me, still having access to your tracking app & programming as normal to track progress week-week)
